I took my dog in for a mild skin irritation. After spending over a $100 dollars i was confident the medication would work. After a few days it was not helping so i called to ask what's next. New medication $70 dollars ok. Then the staff proceded to argue when i started asking questions about the new pills. They would not answer me and told me to hush they were busy. I then was like are you kidding me i need to know side-effects and what to look for. I asked to see the new meds and what they were called the staff told me i could wait when i said wait for what the lady told me"" DO U WANT THE PillS OR NOT"" Then they proceeded to argue and pick a fight for the next few minutes with me. I was shocked at this. So i left with new meds and thought hope i dont have to deal with them ever again. Over a week has went by no luck with new meds so i called the office and was told more money new meds. When i said i just dont understand i was told ""Dont get an attitude with me"" I then replied what? Are you serious? This is how you treat people that come to your bussiness for help? She replied yes when they are ""Annoying like you"". I then told her it was my choice to take my animal to them and I definitely made a Huge Mistake. She said ""that was fine we still got your money"". WOW I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS!
Pros: If you are looking for an argument this is the place.
Cons: Dirty, uneducated staff with an attitude.
