The technician, Travis, was very polite & knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers on our garage door & gave it a tune up. It works so smoothly now!

the problem was fixed when he contacted the office & fond he had two wires reversed - when reversed the system worked fine

Alamo provided a great overall experience. They responded quickly to my call. They identified the problem quickly and they fixed the issue that was a reoccurring problem. The technician was professional and knew what he was doing. I would recommend Alamo for all door issues and installs. more

Punctual, efficient, courteous, reasonable!!! 12/17/2013

I was trapped by a non functioning gate, all vehicles inside. The lady in the office contacted a technician who gave me the info I needed for a quick fix and then sent a tech at a later time to install a permanent fix. I called another time with a broken garage door opener and the tech came exactly when scheduled, fixed the broken door serviced my other garage door including checking and resetting my remotes. He was quick, friendly and the price was right! more

Alamo Door & Awning does exemplary work. They sent someone to put a new spring on one of my doors and they had incredible attention to detail. They offer very reasonable prices and it was a quick job. Not only did they fix the door fast, they were friendly and made sure the door was functioning well. They're an honest company that charged us the original quoted price. I would definitely use them again. more

Excellent work 12/16/2013

We had to replace our drive. Bought a belt drive because it was suppose to be quieter than our old chain drive. But after installation the noise was terrible. Joe replaced the noisy unit with an upgraded one at no extra expense. The ice storm did delay the install but it was worth it. The new unit is quit. I would highly recommend Alamo for any type of repair or replacement. They did replace a spring several years ago in a jiffy as well. more

The installed arrived on time and preformed the work in a profession al manner. After making final adjustments to the door he cleaned up and double checked to insure nothing was left behind. I was very pleased with the final outcome. I would recommend Alamo Door to anyone in need of maintenance, repair, or replacement more

Quickly took care of problem 11/19/2013

Alamo Door & Awning quickly took care of our garage door. One of the garage door cables was broken, so it was raising unevenly. It bent the door frame as well. We had to set up an appointment for a Saturday, because we travel a lot. The gentleman who came was really nice. He called when he had trouble finding the place. He knew his stuff and what needed to be done. He took care of the door in 20 minutes and made sure it was working right. He straightened up the frame as well to make sure it would stay straight. The guys from Alamo Door & Awning are honest and good at what they do. They will help you out. While the worker who did the job for us did mention an additional service, when we said we weren't interested he didn't bring it up again. He wasn't pushy. more

Utter satisfaction with garage door maintenance! 11/12/2013

I've been using Alamo Door & Awning for at least five years, and I continue to call them because they are really good. Depending on the technician who shows up, they all seem to know what to look for, how to fix the problem and give you proper maintenance recommendations. Most recently I called because my garage door was stuck and wouldn't go all the way up. The technician who came was unbelievably spectacular. He was helpful beyond belief. He really educated me on how to watch the door for its problems. He was patient, friendly, funny and fun! more
