My boyfriend wants a new bike so we went to Alamo Cycle Plex. The people there were super nice. We talked to Joel who was super cool and gave us good advise. Thanks!!!!!

I'm military and I took my bike here to get it ready for TX inspection long story short all I got was reason after reason of why my bike wasn't ready. They missed 4 time dead lin...

Your service personnel were very nice. They were not able to deliver my ski when I thought it would be ready - But they were extremely apologetic and COACHED me on the procedures for service pickups so I could benifit in the future - THANKS! more

straight forward 8/9/2010

I took my Kawasaki Vulcan 800 (year 1995) to have the major service and few other minor things done. The service department was curious and friendly. They were straight forward on the cost unlike Kawasaki shop near by. They where even cheaper than the Kawasaki shop and they did more over the service. I like the fact they where not going to cut corners to speed up service. I feel confident my bike got ther service it needed. more

I use to work for Palm Harbor homes, Sears and worked with the state food stamp program here in Texas, the most important part of those positions was customer service. Rick’s customer service skills are wonderful, he asks good questions listens to your answers which makes it easier for him to help his customers find what they are looking for. His knowledge of your products was wonderful. I use to preach to my employees, how important it is to know your product to be able to successfully sell it. He knows his products. more

"I just bought a 2009 Suzuki Boulevard M109 Limited Edition from Alamo Cycle Plex and my overall buying experience was top notch. Chad Davis is a great salesperson. Very knowledgeable about all the products. I was in there once a week for four weeks trying to decide which bike to buy. I feel I made the right choice in going with the M109. My wife loves the bike and it gets looks everywhere I go. Alamo Cycle Plex is the place to buy if you're looking to get a bike. ZERO high pressure sales tactics.
