There is no self check in kiosk and always a long line in front of the counter. The flights are always double booked, and they will tell you that you are late and do not let you check in even you be there an hour prior to the departure time. The customer service is rude and discriminating. They never smile, never say thank you or good bye, never answer your question or provide your any help if you are not White. They don't check other airlines information for you (the U.S Airway next to them do), they just tell you to use the courier phone and stay away from the counter. Always check in online and avoid the counter if you catch your flight.
The window seat is smaller than others, very uncomfortable. their fare is cheap for a reason.
