My kid goes to Adventureland and he loves it, he thinks it's a lot of fun, I've never had a problem there, unless dealing with kids incidents is a problem, kids are going to act like kids, I think the issue right now is that parents are being informed about incidents a lot more than before, would it be better if the staff hides it from the parent to make it easier? of course not! but it seems that the more information we (as a parent) have about any incident, the more we go ballistic, at least we should be thankful we are being informed. Sometimes we decide to make judgments when we don't have all the information in our hands, a perfect place does not exists but I have witnessed how caring the staff is, sometimes we cannot even handle our own kids, can you imagine what they have to do to deal with many? In my personal opinion they are doing a wonderful job! Thank Goodness the director took over, cause there's a change in the staff, some lazy employees have quit cause they make them do their jobs and other are being fired cause of their lack of competence. I've noticed a lot of changes that have improved the place, not only the staff but the building inside looks a lot cleaner!
