I moved here in 2009 and rented my first apartment from APM, the last 6 months of my current lease were under someone that bought the building. When I first moved in here, I had no problems what so ever, UNTIL the building was sole to Blue Heron LLC, at which time, my fridge went out, costing me 200 in food, water heater replaced improperly, costing me 150 in electric and 20 in water. When all this occured, I was told, "oh well" and nothing was done. THANKFULLY,this lease is up and BECAUSE of the service I had in the past with APM, I signed another lease with them. I have never once had an issue, if something broke, the latest it was fixed was the next day. I love these people, they are friendly, helpful and I recommend them.
