On December 16 ,2006 I rented a vehicle from Advantage, the car was scheduled to be returned on 12/20/06. On 12/20/06 Denver experienced a major blizzard and the Airport was closed as well as all road leading to the Airport. The Mayor declared a state of emergency. As my cell phone records will prove, I called Advantage around 12:00 when the Airport was officially closed, I was told that since I that since Pena Blvd was closed and there was no physical way to return the car that I would not be charged additional rental fees.\r

When the Airport opened two days later, I opted to returned the vehicle to the Northglenn, Colorado location and was told upon returning the car that I had to pay for the two days despite being told I was not responsible for those charges. They claim the office at DIA was open and I should have returned the vehicle. The office was only open because the employees there had no way out. And there was no way in due to the roads being closed. To be told that I should have returned the vehicle in a blizzard during a state of emergency and risk my life, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I did contact Advantage several times, they never called me once, never said you have to return this car immediately. The car was safely parked and returned as soon as physically possible.
Cons: Totally dishonest
