Very busy 10/17/2011

Thanks to a livingsocial promo, this office is very busy. Good for them, but I have a busy schedule also, so it irritates me when a Doctor's office can't keep the appointment that they've set and is late seeing me. Walked out, without redeeming the livingsocial deal (they can keep it). To be fair to them, this one star rating is based on them making me wait, not on their services. more

Advanced Dentistry of Charlotte...simply awesome! 7/11/2011

Just recently had an appointment at the Advanced Dentistry of Charlotte and all I can say is WOW! I loved how the technology that was present throughout the entire practice helped them do their jobs more efficiently, and I loved being treated like an honored guest instead of just another customer like most dental offices. The hygienist was gentle and knowledgeable, the front desk lady was cheerful and welcoming and Dr. Bowman was very friendly before, during and after my check-up. What I liked best is how they laid out my many financing options for future treatment step-by-step and how they worked with my budget. Will definitely be recommending Dr. Christopher Bowman to my local family and friends looking for a Charlotte dentist office they can count on. Thanks again! more
