Dont honor coupons 5/6/2010

Advance sent me a coupon for $50 off my next order. When I went to use it no $ were deducted from my bill. Upon calling customer support they stated that "The email was a mistake and my previous purchase did not qualify me for the $50 off" Mistake or not they should honor coupons that they send out. I'm done with this company and will not order anything further from them. more

A very nice experience 11/29/2007

In my journey to get my car registered in Maryland, I needed to get some parts to complete a safety inspection. I contacted Advanced Auto Parts and found their contact center to be in Phoenix, AZ. They not only gave me the correct part for the car, but also went out of the way to give me very good discount prices. They gave me confirmation numbers and directed me to this location, where the local counter reps were very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable of the online process versus their "Brick n Mortar" in house processes.\r I would definitely recommend anyone to visit them. more
