They Bait you and then they sell you 3/12/2009

These people will leave your carpets soaking wet, charge you more than they told you, then harrass you if you complain. The positive reviews must have been left by members of the family/company itself-note how they were left on the same date. They bragged to me that they are the "number one carpet cleaning franchise." Hmm, if I were going to chose a franchise to buy, what would be the biggest factor? PROFITS! more
