So far I have had very positive experiences with the Acura of Lynnwood service department. Each time the staff has been very friendly, quick to check me in, and they gave me accurate timeframes. more

They worked hard to make sure everything was right, they were quick, and offered a loaner. As an added bonus they wash and vacuum the car each visit. more

Although the news regarding my recent purchase in August from another dealer in Kirkland who shall remain nameless, was devistating resulting in over 2k worth of work to my vehicle... Timing belt... PS pump... Now runs like new... Thank you more
