Would not recommend this place to anyone. Bought a car in November, oil gauge kept dropping to zero then the check gauge sensor came on. Called Active Auto the Monday after it was bought they told me to bring it out to their ""inspection guy"" the week after. Took it down, guy gave us a hard time saying he wasn't going to touch anything just yet. When we went to pick it up he told us it needed a whole new motor. Brought it home drove it around for a few days & took it back to ""get the new motor."" At this point we dropped it off at Active Auto, nice enough to give me a loaner car, bad thing is that it had expired inspection stickers & they took the plates off of my jeep which didn't even have the registration sticker on it because it didn't come in the mail yet, all they gave me was some pink slip in case I got pulled over. About 1 week passed & we called Active to see what was going on, they said they had no idea that someone would get back to us. Another week passed & we heard nothing, every time we called they claimed they had no idea where the jeep was. They never reached out to us, even when they said they would. We always had to call. After a month & a half & writing a nasty review on Facebook we got a call to come pick up the jeep. They told us not to bring the loaner car back to Active just to leave it at the garage, after calling my dad & freaking out. We get to the garage & they said it didn't need a motor just a new oil pump. We figured ok lets see what happens, on the way home it still continued to drop. Called Active the next day & the owner was busy, called back again & he was busy. RIDICULOUS. Took it to my mechanic & he said it should have gotten a whole new motor put in it. Which Active said they were going to do but didn't, took the easy, cheap way out & just replaced the oil pump. So now I am currently in a crunch trying to figure out what to do with this car. WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO ACTIVE AUTO, EVER ! End of story. more

I would never recommend this place to anyone; I purchased a 1998 Lincoln Navigator for $6000 after the span of 3 days the driving shaft falls from under the vehicle. Their excuse for this defect was that the car was not yet inspected. Outraged and in shock I kindly asked for a refund of my money, but as expected I was told that all deals were final. \r \r I was then referred to a third party person to inspect and fix my car, which was a complete hassle because Active auto refused to provide me with a courtesy vehicle within the meantime of fixing the one I purchased for only three days (not considering that I have to commute to work)\r I humbled down and allowed Active Auto's ""Inspection Guy"" to fix the problem, and the very next day after being fixed the Check Suspension light appears on the dash while I am driving, to add more insult to injury \r I then began to feel every bump on the road with a vengeance. This was not good at all, I called active auto and was placed in the same disposition, bring the car to the ""Inspection Guy"" and miss more days of work. \r \r Don?t buy from here! These salesmen are predators and have no concern for the best interest of their customers; I want to see it shut down!\r Pros: The Car Seemed Fine When I Purchased It. Cons: It Broke Down On Me In Less Than A Week more
