Action Wrecker lets ANYONE use their yard. Even a Russian guy that steals and recently killed someone with his tow truck on June 8, 2011 in Odessa!! The last two places that guy worked at ran him off for stealing. I wouldn't trust any of them with anything. more

I am in the insurance business and had the opportunity to deal with Action Wrecker Service. Was not pleased with the fact that 1 of our customers claims they did damage to the vehicle while towing. Customer service rep was rude. In the 12 years in the industry never had to deal with such rude people. more

Just awesome! 11/4/2008

I had to deal with Action Wrecker today, and I was very pleased. They were quick to respond, and the driver was very helpful. He even crawled under my car to try and get it started before we resorted to towing. He recommended a mechanic shop to take it to, then drove us over and made sure we were set up before leaving. I will definately use them again if the need arises! more
