I do a lot of business mostly service with these guys. Matt and Brian in service are very informative. I think both have worked there over 5 years. I think that says a lot of good about the two and the store. The owner seems to work crazy hard at keeping all in line and in place.\r He has never quoted me sticker price always a discount but he knows me.\r Go by there and beat em up on a deal. I have had my Honda CBR worked on several times at the Action Power Sports store in Ennis,TX and the staff has always been great. They have always seemed to jump through hoops for me to get my bike back ASAP!! I have never had any problems and I will continue to do buisness with these guy's. I have also sent friends there that have also enjoyed the service and how the staff made them feel important. more

My Dad found a bike online which he liked. When I called the Ennis store to inquire Brent was very helpful in answering all of our questions and getting us set up. He had a unit for us at the Athens store and suggested he set us up to purchase it at that store since it was closer to us. I received a call from Mark at the Athens store at closing time on Saturday since we hadn't made it in yet. He left me a vm including his cell phone # for me to call back on. When I later saw the missed call and retrieved my vm, I called him back...at 6:00 Saturday evening. He offered to make himself available to us anytime on Sunday or early on Monday morning, when the store is normally closed. That's great customer service in my books. I'm looking forward to going in with my Dad on Monday for his purchase and expect nothing less than great service. THANKS ACTION MOTORSPORTS!! more

I bought my Mom a Ranger XP for Mothers Day-she has a little land on a lake near Ennis. The salesperson allowed my Mom to ride several units before she decided on a Ranger. I called to several Dallas stores and checked Action Powersports prices---they were the best priced. more

Action Powersports went above and beyond what was expected. My Arctic Cat had an oil leak that no one else could diagnose and/or fix. Other dealerships showed little to no interest in trying to resolve the issue. However, Action Powersports worked with the factory and the oil leak is gone. I was a little hesitance to make the drive to Action Powersports at first, but now, I will not go anywhere else. Action Powersports is the place to go for your service needs, and I will definitely buy my next unit from them. more

Action Powersports wroks hard at satisfiing our customers but the guy below is helpless. He has beem trashing us for a year now because we did just what he asked and approved and I hav ethe docs to prove it. more

The service started at the athens location where they told me I needed to spend $300.00 on aftermarket parts to fix a warranty part. After a month in the shop I got my 2007 CBR1000rr back, I noticed they had put over 50 miles on it, the oil was over filled, the rear tire was destroyed, I was missing parts, parts were broken, and the Stator and regulator were installed incorrectly. I took the bike to the Ennis location to have them fix what the Athens location screwed up. Dave was very helpful but that's where it ends. After another month in the shop I picked up the bike only to have it break down 8.2 miles later. Carl the owner will not return my calls, they would not come pick up the bike to fix it properly, and they will not refund me the money spent on aftermarket parts that were not the problem and certainly did not fix the problem. I would not recommend Action Powersports to anyone, They are by far the worst dealership i have ever dealt with. They won't stand behind there work and do not care about your safety. Now I have a bike that is broken sitting in the back of a pickup truck in worse condition then when I took it in. We walked in with the intentions of ""just"" looking and walked out with a 4 wheeler for my grandson. But the prices were great so we decided to purchase on the spot. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable, they answered all our questions and made the purchase very pleasant. We also opted to add a helmet for safety as well as gloves. The parts department helped to decide what sizes were needed and were very helpful. The service department explained about the maintenances needed, as well as all the warranty questions we had. We are very pleased with our experience at Action Powersports in Ennis Tx and will continue to do business with them and would recommend them to you also. more
