I have had 14 perfect years of service to my customers until I met Nancy Stephenson (nms1234). I have an A+ rating at the BBB and had never had a single complaint. What she failed to explain in the previous review is she told me to reconnect all wires to her security system and I have a receipt of her payment for that service. She failed to say that I offered to repair the holes per the factory recommended repair and she refused. She will not alllow me to call her, she has no cell phone so I cannot text her, and I do not have her e-mail address. She will not call me. How can I contact her under these circumstances. Also, the BBB has administratively closed her complaint due to her unwillingness to resolve the complaint except on her terms which are outrageous. She has stolen $4090.00 from me which I am attempting to get back through legal means. Her stories change everyday to suit her need to get free windows in her house by any means necessary. (She lies as much as necessary to get what she wants). Every business has the customer from hell, I have only had one in 14 years and she is it. Her recommendation, therefore, isn't worth much.
