I was going to order an air purifier from them because their price was $10 less than the other. I called and asked for their address because I was not sure if this was a reliable online store. The lady who answered the phone was very impatient saying she does not know if the address was on the website or not and then hung up on me. I called them back right away...they transferred my call to an answering machine. I am glad I called before ordering. more

Worst online merchant ever! Stay away! 9/14/2007

Review of Achoo Allergy: My experience with Achoo Allergy was terrible ? the WORST I?ve ever had with online shopping! They definitely have the worst customer service ever! I never ever plan to shop at Achoo Allergy again! Potential Achoo Allergy Shoppers: BEWARE of a company that cannot fulfill your order correctly, ships your order to the wrong address, sends you dirty bedding, conveniently sends you cheaper merchandise than what you paid for, causes you to pay more charges than initially agreed upon, has salespeople who yell at you when they make a mistake, hangs up on you when you call and makes you wait at least 2 months for their mediocre allergy bedding products! You would be much better off buying from any other online merchant! Click on the BBBOnline icon on the bottom of the Achoo Allergy website to see other complaints filed against the company. more
