We called Brent because my husband's computer crashes frequently and has trouble accessing our home wireless network. Brent responded within 24 hours and spent several hours working on his system. He found numerous viruses and worms on the system which had slowed it down a lot. He also diagnosed a possible source of the wireless connection problem.
