Absolute Death Pest Elimination

This exterminator is a hoax. First of all, all of their posts seem manufactured. Everybody is all happy, yet when they come to my home, they nearly exterminated my dog. I had to move into hotel for 4 days as i had rashes all over my body from the stuff they used. This is the second time i had to use them. To be honest the first time, i was ok with their services. Howver, this time i had a MAJOR ISSUE WITH THEM!!! Pros: Quick service to rob me blind at night!! Cons: Everything after you get off the phoine with their nice phone person more

The service is extremely well and helpful. Ever since i began using their service the rodent problem has really calmed down. The workers are well mannered and i appreciate their services. more

These guys are thes best and when they say DEATH, they mean death. They will work with you on yor particular set of circumstances, evaluating the situation form all angles. They understand that our lives are complicated and work with us to establish a relationship that works towards absolute death, and in my case, bedbugs extermination. I appreciate how they followed through with their word, gave tough, sound advice, and gave my home hope for a better future, free of these pesky evil creatures. Absolute Death Pest Elimination could not be a more professional or friendly company. Frank and everyone that works with the company are true experts when it comes to the pests that come into our NYC homes. I am a female that lives on her own and is absolutely TERRIFIED of all things pest related. When I found a critter in my apartment a few nights ago, I knew I had to get rid of it. When the Absolute Death technicians arrived to critter-proof my apartment, they showed up with smiles on their faces and happily answered every single one of my many questions. Then, that same evening, my critter was caught on one of the traps they set out! I used Absolute Death twice, once for a very bad waterbug problem and the second time I trusted them to do a preventative treatment on a new apartment. Both times I have used them I had a wonderful experience! As a self proclaimed bug-phobic type of person, I would never choose someone I didnt trust. Everyone I talked to was extremely professional. Frank spent hours on the phone helping me to understand the bedbug problem and the rationale behind the treatment, which helped it to be effective. The gentlemen who came to treat the apartment were similarly helpful and understanding. They have a 30-day guarantee which they honor promptly. Most importantly -- they got rid of the problem. You don't know how bad it is out there. You really don't. It isn't that most exterminators are bad people, they're just really dumb. The folks at Absolute Death don't simply spray around and hope for the best: they know how their pesticides work and they can tell you what you can do to help keep insects under control. I had just moved to NYC, moved into a newly renovated apt, set up everything - and then I found out I had bedbugs. I went through 2 rounds of treatment through my landlord's exterminator, and nothing worked. It was 2-3 horrible months of fearing bites every night, having to deal w/ a really bad exterminator company (they rarely called back like they would promise, I had to always call them; their spray ruined my wood furniture; and at the end, the bedbugs kept coming back!) Pros: awesome. Cons: expensive, but worth it. more

I am generally a fair person. But after calling in these guys to take care of a pest issue, I now realize that all these reviews above were not real. The experience I had was a horeendous one and thank god my child is ok now. I am not going to take legal action, because it is not my style. But the previous reviews have the same tone and writing style from each other. I will be reporting this abuse to city search. more

I can't highlight enough how good my experience was with Absolute Death. A month or so ago I found out I had bedbugs. This is not a pleasant thing to find out. I was totally freaked out about what to do. I called about eight or nine exterminators in Brooklyn and got the usual sales pitches, which didn't settle my nerves. I called Absolute Death - and it was totally different. I talked to Frank, who spoke with me for over an hour. He broke everything down for me, explaining how bed begs infest, the logic behind treatment methods, etc. He was patient, respectful, and concerned about my problem. I'm telling you, definitely call them and you will automatically notice a difference in their customer service in contrast to the other exterminators. You can ask anything and they'll make sure that you understand. They were able to come out immediately, which was awesome. And the crew that came out was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I spoke with one of the technicians for at least twenty minutes and he was very patient with me, once again. Based on the particularities of my problem, the technicians gave me specific advice for what to do. And, a few days later, I got a follow up call from one of the technicians who sprayed my room. Very cool. As for my bedbugs, they're all gone. I can't emphasize enough that, while you're evaluating different exterminators, definitely, I mean, definitely, call Absolute Death. At that point, it's up to you. But seriously, these guys are everything you'd want from a pest-control service. more

I have been a loyal patron of Absolute Death for years and can vouch that they would never spray near animals. These guys are quite honestly as pro as it gets and anybody reading this thinking about using Absolute Death should know that. Most recently I had a ant problem that they fixed, I was told ahead of time to remove all children and animals from the property because spraying might be needed, and like always they did a great job solving my problem effortlessly. This is why I find that last review hard to believe. Great guys, great work....see for yourself. more

i am so grateful to have found the great people at Absolute Death. i am the owner of a model and talent agency in nyc. there are no word to describe what it felt like to share the office with a neverending invasion of rodents. after the people from Absolute Death paid their first visit, we no longer see the rodents or even remember that they were ever here. i'm eternally grateful for their service, efficiency not to mention how nice they always are. i would recommend them to anyone. whatever they charge you...it's well worth it!!! more

I had called a less expenssive place before and didn't know what to expect. He squirted some liquid on the floor which made my entire aparment smell of chemicals and placed some substance that looked like wax which would be harmful to those who would eat it. When I asked him how he planned on covering up the holes he told me, that because they where so deep, he couldn't do anything about it. After finding 3 dead in my apartment and 4 babies attacking my kitchen within the next few days. I desided that enough was enough. For what I was paying to live in brownstone I wanted to at least enjoy it. When I called absolute death, I was skeptical and came home from work early to check up on how they did. To my surprise they were able to cover up the 2 inch holes I had under my radiator. The gap along the walls that were out of reach, they were able to cover that up too. They even told me they found and covered up nine small holes they found just in my bathroom. They were even nice enought to screw in a plastic barrier to the bottom of my door to cover up the small gap between the door and the floor. They were very friendly, professional and not ony effective but clean with how that covered up the holes in my aparment. Well after 3 months I have yet to see any of my uninvited friends. Not bad for someone who was used to seeing them every day. Im a college student who was used to living in clean, sunny califoria and adjusting to new york was very difficult. Now at least I feel comfortable walking around in my own apartment. For what your probably paying for rent, why wouldn't you call these guys . i had bedbugs for about 3 weeks before i realized they weren't fleas and that i had to call in pest control. i chose absolute death based on ratings here, and i'm glad i did! anthony gave me an accurate estimate over the phone, and was VERY flexible about when he could come exterminate. he also gave detailed instructions on everything i had to do to prepare for the extermination (no small feat). all in all, the guys were in my apartment- a large 1 bedroom- about 1/2 hour. i followed all the instructions they gave about keeping laundry sealed, but leaving everything else out in the apartment. 5 months later, i'm very relieved to say i haven't had another problem. i'm impressed anthony was able to do it in one go, and if i ever have a pest problem again, i know who i'll call! Pros: flexible schedules, 30-day guarantee, effective, thorough Cons: it isn't inexpensive, but prices were no higher than competitors more
