I called Northwood Dental hoping to find a dentist for my husband who are open Saturdays. The receptionist who answered the phone was so hard to communicate with. First of, she put me on hold for around 5 minutes. When she got back to me, instead of giving me options on how to make the process of signing in as a new patient easier, she gave me all the reasons why she can't take my husband in for an appointment. She said that they're open Saturdays but not for a long time, so I asked her what's the soonest appointment she can give, and she said my husband has to be signed-up by my insurance first before she can take him in. When I told her that our current dentist was able to set-up an appointment before the sign-up with the insurance (the only problem is that they're not open Saturdays and since the next available appointment will not be until December), she then said that they are not making Saturday appointments for new patients. \r
She was so rude and unprofessional! These people are not supposed to hold jobs that has something to do with customer service. Her attitude was utterly disgusting. Too bad for the dentists she's employed with.
Cons: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
