I requested someone with color experience to help change my blond over highlighted hair to a more natural color (closer to my own). I walked out with black hair and it was spotty at best. I had spots of blond still showing through and the rest of my hair was VERY dark and not the golden brown I had asked for. I do not recommend going here. They offered to fix my hair but refused to give any money back and then blamed the problem on me! Pros: I'll never go there again Cons: service(even the owner had an attitude), inexperience more
