How a company deals with issues when they come up tells you a lot about them. We had a tech from Able come out in the morning, but a part had to be ordered, so we set a second appointment for around 3 pm. By 5 pm on one had come, due to a miscommunication on which site the tech was actually going to that afternoon. To make things right, the owner (Kelly) came out himself after hours that night and spent the 2 hours it took to get our AC back online. Given that it was 100 degrees + that day and that we have two small children, we were very appreciative of his commitment and follow through. That is the sign of a good company in my view and I recommend their work. The price was also in line with what we expected.
