This woman/agency supposedly booked a trip for my daughter to italy. Instead, what she did is took my daughters hard earned 1800 dollars and kept it for herself. She never booked a thing. No trip, no airline ticket. would not return phone calls or in any way take responsibility for what she did. Stay away from her and this agency unless you want to lose your money!
