Feeling better now 10/18/2011

This started off as the worst auto repair experience in my life but ended on a good note thanks to the new owners of the shop. After $4500 worth of repairs and over a weeks worth of time and the car still needed to go back immediately to be fixed. This time they had it another 2 weeks because they kept misdiagnosing the problem and, in my opinion, throwing parts at it. They didn't communicate very well and when they did I wasn't sure that I could believe a word that they said. I never received much in the way of an apology during the ordeal. So after such a time I was fed up. My wife contacted the owners to set up a time to meet face to face. more

I cannot praise AAMCO in Auburn enough. They truly stand by their word and their work! They support military families and do everything to work with our budgets and support those that go out and fight for freedom. I am forever grateful for the constant communication and no surprise bills. My car runs like never before!!! more

AMAZING NEW MANAGEMENT! 9/17/2010

Aamco in Auburn is under new management! They are amazing. The new manager is Glenn! I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He constantly kept us up to date with the status of our car. He did not have any surprise charges in the bill! It was absolutely amazing. We will be returning for ALL our needs. New management makes a HUGE difference. He really cares and really makes a difference. The quality for the price is amazing!!!!!! more

WORST TRANSMISSION REPAIR IN WASHINGTON !!! 1/18/2009

I used to take my car to a little transmission shop in tacoma but when I moved to Auburn I decided to give AAMCO a shot and man what a difference it was walking into AAMCO. It felt like they didn't give a care if I was there customer or not. They were very unorganized and unprofessional, and they took a week and a half longer than expected to fix my car. When I did get my car back it started having problems leaking fluid and shifting out of gear. I took it back and they did not take care of me like they should have.
