Friendly customer service at affordable cost. However, sometimes it is hard to get in touch with the technician. Most of the time I had to leave a message for them and wait for them to call me back, which may not be on the same day. In addition, if they need to take the equipment with them to fix it, you should expect it to be back in about 3 days or so. If you need something to be fixed urgently, I do not recommend them.
