A Wig Galleria

I was very shocked to see a posting about A Wig Galleria giving false information about their shop. This shop has hundreds of synthetic wigs to choose from so many of them looking so natural you may have to ask "are these really synthetic?" and a few human hair as samples but the primary focus of the store is to make life easy and comfortable for customers. I can't imagine any employee in there even raising their voice they work very hard to be accommodating and take time to explain all the in and out as well as advantages and disadvantages of all types and constructions of wigs allowing the customer to choose what will meet their needs. The quality of wigs in this store is very high and they even offer a great alternative to human hair that is a wig that can be curled or straightened with out the price of human hair. Keep up the great work ladies and I look forward to being a future customer at your store. Thank you more

I had an opportunity to visit Wig Galleria on Saturday. I was looking for a wig due to begining chemo therapy next week. I explained what I thought I wanted and thank you for the wig education by the owner. I had to order my wig to make sure I was as close as possible to my own color and thank you for the convenience of having it mailed to my home as I live in San Jose. Thanks again for your caring patience. You made one of the steps of cancer so easy. more

This shop has been such a blessing. I am a 56 year old woman with very thin hair and discovered this store and the world of wigs about 15 years ago. I work at 4:30am and do not have the time to do my hair every morning. Now with wigs I get the extra cup of coffee. I enjoy going into the shop weather it is shopping for a new wig or having my current one combed out. The welcoming smiles and eagerness to help is amazing. If you want to be treated with respect and kindness and have hundreds of wigs to choose from stop by and check them out. You can even tell them Donna sent you. more

Good: I am a 3 time cancer survivor but with this diagnosis I wanted to create a whole new me.I have shopped at Wig Galleria for all of my wigs and this time wasn't any different. When I went in the store I was immediately recognized by the owner and explained to the staff I was looking for a change this time color and style. I put complete trust in them to find the perfect look for me. Together we walked around and I picked out about 15 different colors and styles (nothing close to my normal). Bad: The choice of color and style is amazing at this store. On the occasion I have ordered a wig it is perfect. The service has always been outstanding and I have also sent several of my friends in there some for fun some for necessity and all of them have come back to thank me for turning them on to this store.. Improvements: Thank you Wig Galleria and your Staff for making me feel like I have to only worry about getting well because all my hair needs will be handled in your store. Thanks again and with the Grace of God I will only need your services in the future for fun.. more

Good: They have the largest selection of any of the other stores I went to... a lot more of the long, newer styles that I have seen. It is paradise... natural colors with highlights and they are licensed stylists who were able to cut in my wig exactly to me!. Other: This is the only shop in sacramento area for me because they carry what I like! I was also treated with courtsey and kindness... more

This store removes the brand tags and labels from all the wigs (except for one brand) and changes the names of the wigs. I was told they do this because people come in and look then order off the internet. I think this is a sleazy business practice and no way to get loyal customers. I look at wigs on the internet to get ideas, but buy them from a local store. However, I would not buy a wig at this store because of that practice. more

the service was just awful. I believe it was the owner (long blonde hair) was so rude and acted put out that i was even there! nice selection of wigs, but not worth the bad service. more

I have to say this place is Awesome!! Im from the bay area and have been looking for 2 months for a wig store that had quality wigs and service professionals that are nice and know what they are doing! what a relief that I finally found "the place"! Its worth traveling from san francisco just for the experience. I am a 4 time cancer survivor and in past years never considered a wig, so I finally decided to try it and have had a really hard time finding wig stores where I live, not to mention, quality merchandise and good service. This place made me feel at ease, and really worked with me to purchase the PERFECT wig! its awesome, quality and I had a really good time shopping for it. This is the best place ever and I will be back for all my future needs:) You gotta check it out! more

If your into wigs this place is cool. The have a wide selection of wigs. You can find any style or color. The staff is helpful in aiding to find a wig that would match the color of your natural hair. The store is fairly small. There is parking spaces available. more
