They left me scrambling for another florist on my grandmother's birthday. I had placed an order with them a week before I needed it delivered. They called me at noon on the day I needed it delivered and told me they had looked but couldn't find the arrangement that I wanted. But would I like to replace it with a bouquet of 10 tulips for $50? When I told them I wanted to cancel my order, they didn't seem to care too much that I was unhappy. I was essentially told, "well, that's your decision."
Not recommended at all. Poor telephone service. Didn't have a large inventory. Should have called me days before if they couldn't place my order. They left me very little time to find a replacement, and this was a very important order to me.
Pros: Seemed very accomodating
Cons: Just couldn't deliver
