I hate giving bad reviews but I am just so upset and disappointed, I needed to share. I went in for a bang even-out. I had a nice, thick bang going, just what I wanted, except for a few areas that were a tad uneven. She evened them out and they were perfect. Just when I was about to get out of the chair, she said ""wait a minute."" Thinking that she had seen a few more uneven hairs I sat. She then takes the scissors and cuts up INTO the ends, making them choppy, horribly uneven and fluffy. NOT what I had asked for. They do not lay right now, they are too short and there are now many, many more uneven ends since she decided to chop it up. I hate my hair every time I look into the mirror. I stopped getting my hair cut there because every time I did, even though I WANT a blunt-cut end, she takes the ends of my hair and slices the ends back unevenly again, just as she did to my bangs, to ""thin it out."" Despite my asking and saying I do not like the way it makes my hair look, every time I go there, this is what I get. If you have extremely thick hair or really like having stringy looking ends, this type of cut may work for you, but I do not like the finished result. Like I said, I really hate leaving a bad review, but after so many times of not being listened to by the stylist, I will just do my own hair from now on.
