If I could give them zero stars I would. If I could give them negative stars I would. My nail tech was COMPLETELY unprofessional. She was 45 minutes behind schedule when I arrived and basically put it to me like it was my problem and I could come back. THEN implied it was my fault that I didn't tell her I was coming on my lunch hour. RIDICULOUS. First of all I did tell her on the phone and second of all if she were professional enough to run on time it wouldn't have been a problem. She also talked my ear off about her brother and his personal life that was completely awkward and inappropriate. I don't know how they are even in business with the way the business is set up. It doesn't even look up to code. The manicure/pedicure tools looked like they'd been used by a million people and NEVER sanitized (clippers, tweezers, stick thingys and the file had nail shavings all over it). I'll be shocked if I don't get a bacterial infection. The awkwardly high chair you sit in for the pedicure looks like it's about to fall apart and to get up into it they make you balance on the very edge of this stool (because taking up most of the stool is one of those $30 spa bath things you can get at walmart to soak your feet at home). It looked like McGuiver was taking something when he built it. HORRIBLE. All that would have been good and well if my nails didn't look horrible on top of everything else! Plus she had some bogus charge that I wasn't warned about but was expected to pay. I will never return to them and I will make sure I tell everyone I can about them (using all sorts of fun media outlets). DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
I'll probably just wipe the polish off tonight and get some press on nails and be done with it. To try and make up for the "inconvenience" she said she used some awesome topcoat that she usually charges $10 for but it makes your nails last longer and drys them so they are good to go...yeah...like two or three are already chipped...and that was from HER)
I'm marking that they are Ultra High End price but
