I was a walk-in customer...Such a great location, and the receptionist was great about working me into a busy schedule. I felt like my stylist really listened to me, and I was pleased with the cut. The head massage was blissful. The shop carries a great array of high quality haircare products. I will definitely be back! more

I have been having my hair cut at this salon for years and the results have always been consistent and what I expected. The best part of the salon that I have witnessed, is the way they cater to senior citizens. I have observed them taking time to help those that have physical limitations, adjusting the chairs to fit their needs with extra pillows or support. It is so sweet to see the respect and accomodation they provide to all of the clients. They are all good people and I enjoy their services. more

I had my hair cut and highlighted this past week with Janiece and Andrea. I was so impressed with the amount of attention given to getting everything just right. Janiece did an excellent job with the color and went above and beyond to use a technique that not only matched what I had done at another salon, but also was gentle to my hair. Andrea did the cut and was so careful to listen to what I wanted and did a great job especially considering a problem cowlick and never having worked with my hair before. Great job, I love it! I'd also like to mention that the salon itself is so nice and I love the attention with offers of tea, coffee, magazines and a great head massage when getting shampooed! Will definitely come again. more

Thank you so much for giving me the ROYAL TREATMENT. My husband gave me a nice New Years gift by sending me to "A New Day Salon" I had a one hour facial, reflexology, perm and trim. I am so happy! Dion pampered me during the facial. It was OVER THE TOP with a candelit room and soft music, an experience I'd like to have over and over again. He also performed reflexologyon my feet, which felt awesome. Then Dion turned me over to Douglas for my hair transformation. I've had the same style for awhile and I didn't know what I wanted, except I wanted some curls.....and Douglas put his 40 years of hair experience into action to create a head of beautiful curls. I am loving it and the do is low maintenance too. I felt the price for all of this was very reasonable and when I offered a gratuity, they refused, saying "This is a Non-tipping salon." Who ever heard of that? They just want to offer their guests a great experience at a fair price. The salon was ultra modern, clean and the employees were polite and accomodating. I was offered coffee, tea, water and they took my coat and hung it up for me. "WOW, I can't believe I have found the most awesome Salon, ever" I hope the word gets out to others who want to be treated like royalty, too. more

It was a wonderful expearience. Fresh coffee, a head massage with the wash. Oh, & a great haircut. I also got some good information about products & what kind of hairbrush too. I go instructions about how to get the style used there, so I can do it at home. I'll be back. more
