Obviously, the service tech Mark was having a bad day. He refused to fix our TV that was in warranty. So when I called the owner, Shawn, he also had a bad attitude. Shawn is the owner's son who runs the place now, but knows nothing about customer service. I guess with so many people in the DFW area, you have to make a whole lot of them mad before you go out of business, so it doesn't matter to them.
