Is it just me, or is the seating at this theatre much more cramped than the E-walk? Also, I printed out tickets purchased online at home thinking it would save me time -- not so....

Clean. That's the biggest deal here in the city since everyone charges the same amount and shows the same thing (for the most part). So yeah, what more can you ask for. more

Broken distorted 3D glasses,out of 100 found NONE not warped 7/27/2011

Their 3D Imax glasses are all distorted beyond belief. I went through three racks of them with the manager Mike to find the horrible ones I was finally given. If I had not needed to wait in AC for two hours for my friend I would have left. I was trapped. This is my neighborhood theater and it is the first time these cheap warped glasses were given out. FIX THE PROBLEM OR I WILL NEVER GO TO YOUR THEATER AGAIN. WHAT A RIP OFF The lens is not flat and reflected in four spots like a mirror into your eyes while trying to watch the film. Patches of blinding glare. SHAME ON YOU FOR RIPPING OFF AMERICANS. YOU ARE UN AMERICAN. more

BATHROOM AND STAFF WAS TERRIBLE! 11/25/2009

First of the staff was rude and nasty. I told the staff yesterday (11-24-2009) about my problem and they was just laughing in boyfriend and I face. I could the manger and she didn't do nothing about the problem. The bathroom was disgusting. I am 4 months pregnant and their was no toliet paper in the womans' bathroom. Consistent Quality Service 11/21/2005

Is it me or are the prices cheaper here? You won't get the whack crowds here and the place is a little more well maintained than some of the Times Square locations. The movie selection is typically very good as the general experience here has been just as good. Pros: Movie Selection, Service, Comfort more

my first choice for any movie 8/26/2005

Been coming to this location since they opened and always look here first to view a movie before looking at locations further uptown. CLEAN, quick (especially when all the automated ticket machines are working) and good sound systems without making me grind my teeth (like places that have that THS(?) system. Comfy seats and haven't even had to wait too long for the rest room either. Guest services desk should ALWAYS be manned though. more

Hidden treasure 12/16/2002

The theater was immaculate and not crowded. Ticket and concession lines were fast. The only drawback is their is no restroom on the fourth floor. You have to go up a floor. This isn't a big deal unless you have to go during the show. It will take you a while. Also, I got a little work out in when the escalaters weren't turned on. Pleasant Experience 8/28/2002

I visited this theater for the first time, last night. I purchased my ticket and received a coupon to see my next movie for 50% off. The ticket seller, ticket collector, and concession stand person said ""Welcome to Loew's"" and were polite. The seats in the movie theater were stiff (non-reclining) but comfortable. The stereo sound system was excellent; loud enough to enjoy without being overbearing. The theater was clean and so was the restroom. It was huge, with no waiting in line! When the movie was finished, a staff person was at the door to let people know where the restrooms were located. I'll go back again to enjoy my 50% off ticket! Cramped Seating 7/29/2002

Is it just me, or is the seating at this theatre much more cramped than the E-walk? Also, I printed out tickets purchased online at home thinking it would save me time -- not so. I had to go to customer service to exchange the printout for a real ticket, but NO ONE WAS THERE. No one within 500 feet. I had to yell and scream to get someone to come over and give me access. I will never print out movie tickets at home again, especially for this theatre. Pros: Movie Selection Cons: Comfort, Customer Service more

Great theater for seeing hit movies 5/17/2002

This theater is still fairly new but probably one of the better theaters to see the big hit movies since the screens are big and many people still don't know about this place. The only thing that kills me is the service at the concessions stand. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes getting popcorn. Pros: big sceens more
