stop hatin' Gordon T. about AMC imax theatre. They didn't lie about it!!!!! they said it was a mini imax. if it was a real imax, you would have paid $20+ per ticket!!!! duh stupid...

Fake IMAX and they lied about it. 5/24/2009

Don't go here for IMAX. This is not full imax experience. This is a small screen and digital projectors. I asked the ticket seller before purchasing and they lied about it. more

AMC Emeryville 1/4/2006

This AMC movie theater is located in Emeryville at the Bay Street shopping center. I like this theater a lot because it's really new and clean. They also have student discounts every day for $8 a movie which is much cheaper than general price and is just a little bit more than bargain price at some theaters. There is plenty of parking and you can go shopping too. more

pretty new theater, have to pay for parking 8/19/2005

the amc in emeryville is a nice theater in that it's new, and i believe all of the theaters have stadium style seating. my only complaint is actually a complaint that they may have no control over, but because the theater is attached to a mall, you have to pay to park in their parking lot. this is a little weird for a movie theater, especially considering that parking is not bad in the area. more

Just a Regular Multiplex 6/25/2005

This is a very large cinema with a small video game area for the kids to get stuck in while waiting to see a movie. There isnt much to write home about the cinema it is a typical multiplex with very little character. The only redeeming quality is the automated machines outside that you can use to buy your ticket if the ticket booth line is long. As is normal the food and beverages are grossly inflated in price. The multi story parking lot is poorly designed and is alway congested so it can take a good 30-40 minutes circling to find parking more

Great theatre option 4/18/2005

I was so scared to venture to Emeryville for a movie because parking and traffic down there are usually so BAD. This place is awesome, though! Easy access and no parking problems on a Thursday night. Way better than the Bay Street mess. more
