I just want to say thank you to Chip and Matt for getting me back on the road today. They met my every expectation of a good shop, when I was sceptical being that I'm from Canada....

Worst

Stay away had brakes done 6 months ago for $700 had to replace them 5 months later due to cheap parts . By the way extremely rude owner WITH QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES\r ...

Everyone I encounter was friendly an dvery professional. Even when there was a problem with a defective replacement part and a 1 + week delay in getting it, Chip Woods was very patient and helpful in getting the problem resolved. more

The staff at AC Automotive served me with professionalism and respect throught my entire service there. Never pnce did I feel pressured into unneccessary repairs,not did I feel like I was being cheated in regards to prices for services and parts. Problem and repairs were explained to me in detail. more

Dependable, Straightforward and Honest 3/15/2010

I have been a customer of AC Auto since 1992. John and his staff have maintained each of my vehicles during that time. When I questioned whether to continue to repair an older vehicle, John told me he would tell me when it was no longer cost effective and he did. He even found a replacement vehicle for me! With my current vehicle which is new and under warranty, they are certified to perform all the services required to maintain my warranty. I have referred numerous friends to AC over the years. I have to totally disagree with wise2it.... and I am not an employee trying to protect my job. In fact I think he is lying there. I went to the BBB site for this company before coming here and you can read the whole case history from wise2it. He is totally lying. \r Anyway, after I researched this company, I decided to take my vehicle there. I was totally impressed with the service I received from the front management counter. I had to have my brakes done, and A.C. Automotive did them in a quick and efficient manner. It was also reasonable in price compared to other estimates I had received from other shops. I can genuinely recommend their services, because they are fair, transparent, supportive and do not rip you off (like others often try to. Unfortunately, especially "these days"...). Knowledgeable and dependable auto repair shop. 2/10/2010

My car was broken and I needed emission work done. I decided to use AC Automotive because their shop was clean and they seemed to have pride in their business. The manager seemed knowledgeable and dependable. We talked about the price, and he gave me a quote, assuring me that it would most likely be the price I would have to pay and not any more. The manager also assured me that the technicians were very good. His assurance that they were capable of finding out what was wrong with my car and fixing it for a reasonable about of money, gave me confidence in AC Automotive. I would definitely recommend them, and suggest that people go to a certified shop like AC Automotive. That way, you can rest assured that your auto repair will be taken care of. more

Extremely courteous and very professional. 2/1/2010

This was my first experience with AC Automotive. I purchased a car steering pump from them and everything turned out well. The individual I worked with was more than willing to help me and understand my needs. Also, everything was automated, on the computer, so I felt confident that she had all of the information correct right there in the system. I am now planning to go back and use AC Automotive for something else. They are extremely courteous, very eager to earn your business, and very professional. more

AC Automotive is a very good company to work with. I have been using their service for years for both business and personal vehicles. They do all the regular maintenance work, including oil changes, as well as repairs on my trucks and cars. We have been using AC Automotive to work on our business vehicles for many years now. They maintain and repair about a half dozen cars for us. Honest, straightforward, outstanding service. 11/16/2009

When I first went in to A.C. Automotive, I noticed that they were on a first-name basis with a lot of their customers. That impressed me and told me a lot about their business. I have used them many times since then for both personal and business vehicles. Their service is outstanding. A.C. Automotive has done everything from motor installation and transmission replacement to work on the brake system and fueling system. They have done engine replacements for both an Isuzu box truck and a Mitsubishi Conquest. Everything has turned out well. They are honest and straightforward. If something is out of adjustment or if you have a concern, they are always willing to follow up and do the repair for you. They back up their work. Greg McCaslin more

I highly recommend A.C. Automotive. They service my commercial fleet, which includes 5 (used to be 7) delivery vans. They are personable and go out of their way to make sure our needs are met. Anytime I have had a problem, A.C. Automotive has rectified it quickly. I enjoy working with John and Chip. When you ask them to get the work done, they do it in a timely and professional fashion. more

Fast Friendly Service 1/7/2009

I must also disagree with the first poster. My radiator had a bad leak in it, and I desperatly needed to get back on the road again as I was heading to my in-laws house for Christmas dinner. The shop was schedualed to close at 12:30 that day, however they stayed and finished my car so I could back on the road and enjoy my holiday season. All and all it was a good experiance, and I will not hesitate to reccommend these guys in the future. Thanks A.C., you really helped me out. more

Great Service 10/30/2008

I have to totally disagree with the previous gentlemen's review. I found this place to be totally honest with me, they are a bit higher than some shops, but much less than the dealerships labor rate. I needed an alternator, and after picking up the vehicle, 3 weeks later the alternator failed. I took it back to A.C. Automotive, and they replaced the alternator with another new one. They don't make/manufacture the parts, they just install them. The warranty on the part, as I understood it, was not the repair shops warranty, but the manufacturers warranty. They honored the manufacturers warranty and didn't charge me the labor to reinstall a new one. Pros: Service, friendliness, honesty, location Cons: waiting area is not as plush as a dealership service area. more

Don't take your car there... 3/2/2008

I had these guys work on two of my cars. The first one involved a head gasket and it took them twice around and lots of money to - supposedly - fix it. It blew not long after their work. Silly me, I didn't learn my lesson and took another car there a few years later for AC repair, and after lots more money that lasted about 6 months. Their 'return' policy leaves a lot to be desired; it had better fail very soon after taking the car back or your out of luck.\r \r One bad experience is usually enough for me but two should be enough to convince anyone to avoid these guys. ""Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."" more
