Good service but costly 1/17/2018

Service is a 5 star but cost is a 2. Replacing our kitchen sink, we already had the new faucet. Only used A1 since they have done previous work at our house. In researching the average cost is around 225-300 but they charged us 335 and that was with a 50 return customer discount. Again the customer service is top notch but there are less expensive options out there more

Install new furnace and air conditioner 12/11/2017

Would hire this company again and refer to friends for sure. They were on time, got right to work and worked hard all day (it was a big job) hardly even took time for lunch. Another man had to come help the two that started so they could complete it in one day. We were very impressed. more

Dan's service elevated my rating of Perfect Plumbing. He was prompt, explained the purpose and scope of his visit, completed his work in a timely manner and was courteous and personable throughout. He alleviated some previous negative experiences. I would be happy to repeat this inspection next year. more

Phil 10/20/2017

Phil Richion was on time and ready to go to work. He introduced himself and I showed him what needed to be done. Phil went up on the roof and chaulked around the roof stack to make sure there was no leaks coming from the roof to the inside of the furnace where Mike had noticed there was water dripping from the roof flange area when he was here working on the Air Purifier. Phil told me there was a pretty wide hap so he put everything back in place on the roof and then chaulked it. Then he came down and put a roof flange inside the closet on the ceiling which there was not one there at the time. Thanks Phil for your dedicated and professional hard work you do to keep people or customers like me happy and not to worry. Phil is a dedicated employee to A-1 and he should be recognized for a job well done. My rating is well over 5 stars. more

As a Service Partner customer, value for value I am have been pleased. Today's service call was for a routine inspection and furnace tune up. Chris M. went even farther than the extra mile o provide extraordinary service, bringing with him a 'honey-do list" of many extras now offered to Service Partner customers, and performed each task requested cheerfully, perfectly, patiently, above all, respectfully. This extra service gives even greater value for Service Partner member especially appreciated by those of us who are elderly and widowed. A1 plumbing 8/4/2017

I had scheduled an appointment for a date when we happened to be out of town. A1 was so good about calling several times and even found an alternative phone number for us than the one given. They rescheduled our appointment. The service I had asked for happened to be scheduled for two different times. When Damien, our tech person, came to fix our garbage disposal, he said that he would be happy to check our plumbing too. He took care of both services at the same time. I really appreciated the service I received from A1 and the determination they had to make my appointment happen. Damien suggested that I watch my water heater since it was 9 years old. He never pressured me to get a new one but said they would be happy to help when I wanted it replaced. I was very pleased with the service I received from A1 more

Air Conditioning unit 7/27/2017

Michael had to come out here and replace the mother board on my new 6 day unit, now everything is running smoothly so far. He also set up our unit on a schedule so we would not have to worry about touching the control box. But if we did have problems with it he showed me on what to do, and also to call if anything does come up that we do not know. I really appreciate the way Michael went above and beyond and gone the extra mile to help us with any issues. Please recommend him for a job well done. Thank you for your excellent service. more
