Dishonest company.\r \r This company was referred to us by Miele interational to repair our appliances. When I spoke to the company they said that our appliance repair would be COD due to warranty lapse. I told the company that I would have to verify with Miele and that I would call them back when I had clarification. This was on a Tuesday.\r \r The following Thursday, Matt from A-1, appeard at my back door saying he had spoken to my wife who told him it was okay to come by. This was a lie. He had spoken to my wife who told him to call me.\r \r If this company cannot be trusted to tell the tuth about a phone call can a customer trust them to tell the truth concerning whether a repair is necessary or the cost of any repair is true. more

Worst customer service. They had been out twice over the past two years to fix the same washer. Called and told them what the problem was. They sent someone out. Cost me $85 for the guy to tell me in less than 5 minutes that it will cost $1200 to fix the GE front load washer. He also said I should have described the problem as they could have told me over the phone it wasn't worth fixing. I told him that I did ... as the washer was under $1000 and it has been fixed twice. He said ... OH. NEVER calling them again. more
