Allstate Movers did a terrific job with our move. It was just a local Houston move within a few miles, but we have a ton of stuff. Every aspect from packing to delivery was flawless. They took great care of our stuff, wrapping everything with blankets and or plastic. Great experience! They were on time, thorough, efficient, and professional. Thanks Allstate!! more

Very Satisfied With Service 10/29/2011

Overall, I have to say that my move this past week with Allstate Movers went quite well. They were highly recommended by one of my friends. They moved my belongings from a 3 bedroom loft apartment from Houston to Dallas. They were on time and extremely careful with my heavy and valuable antiques. The moving services I received were very professional and even though I am not planning on moving again anytime soon, I will definitely use them again if I do. more

Exceptional Service and Value 10/15/2011

The 2 guys that moved us on Friday, Oct. 7th were great. This was the first time in 9 moves that we moved on our own and it was by far the best move we have experienced. We have always moved as a corporate relocation and with a major mover and this was a better experience for us than any of those. more

Allstate to the Rescue! 10/10/2011

My original movers that I booked for this past Saturday called an hour before my scheduled move and said that they weren’t going to be able to move me until Sunday because of weather related issues. Well thank goodness I didn’t move yesterday during the monsoon of rain. The moving company did recommend I try calling Allstate movers to check their availability. I was hesitant to use anyone they recommended but I didn’t have many options at that point. However, I am so happy that I did! Allstate Movers had a moving crew to me within an hour and had me packed up and moved into my new place within 5 hours. The crew was careful, polite, and had great attitudes. I highly recommend them to anyone and am so thankful they were able to assist me in my last minute “emergency” move. Kudos Allstate Movers!! more

The moving team did a great job for me. They were courteous, professional, and fast. I have moved many times over the course of my life and this moving team was the best I have seen. A-1 Allstate Movers will definitely be my "go-to" moving company for the future. more

A1 Allstate Movers is a first class moving company with the best service you will ever receive. I have been very dissatisfied with other moving companies in the past until I used A1 Allstate Movers. These guys are the best at what they do and their quality of the move is top notch. They were on schedule and very helpful. My furniture arrived as it was before the move which is a huge plus for me. Thanks for making this my best moving experience. I will recommend these guys to anyone looking for a move. more

Hi All, We want to express our appreciation for the fine, professional service your company provided to my family in moving my mother from Houston to Canyon Lake. The movers worked from before 9 AM to after 8 PM in loading up two trucks, and yet still arrived for the delivery before 9 AM the next morning. All four men –Dwight, Antonio, Joel, and Mike – were very gracious and helpful throughout both days, and provided great care in the packing and handling of Mom’s household items. After reading many scary reviews of other moving companies, the reviews of A1 Allstate (that were overall excellent) seemed almost too good to be true. We can attest that A1 Allstate is everything you claim on your web page and more. It was a pleasure getting to work with you, and we highly recommend your services. Not good 8/15/2009

I decided to use this company based on all the excellent reviews and the fact that I could get a flat rate for my move. However, I have to agree with the other reviewer that the company must post their own good reviews because I did not have a good experience at all. First of all, they messed up my inventory list. Then the movers complained when I had things to move that weren't on the list, even though I included them when I booked my move. The movers also put a huge ding in a wall in my brand new home. I would stay away from this company! more

Terrific long distance movers 10/11/2008

Thanks to Marlon and Modesty for organizing tremendous moving job. This was my first complete household move out of state, and I was not quite sure what to expect. From packing, to storing everything for 6 months, to delivering and unpacking, I was very pleased with the service. Everything arrived in great condition. A-1 Allstate Movers facilitated and conducted an emergency move for our company following Hurricane Ike which involved our entire office being moved from the 8th floor to the 4th floor. This process would normally have been a routine office move, but there was no electricity and no elevator. The manner in which our move was handled was excellent and all staff were professional, hard working, and dedicated. The office staff was in constant communication and made a demanding move seem effortless. more

Easy Cross Country Move 6/22/2008

The move went so well. Your guys were awesome. Santos and his crew were very professional and handled our belongings with care. They were super fast and careful. I have unpacked all of our boxes and not one piece or glass or fragile item was broken. They were easy to get ahold of during our 18 hour long driving process for updates. For something that is so stressful , your company helped make moving across the country as little of a hassle as possible. Thank you! more
