A Street Automotive

Being a semi-retired Independent Mechanical inspector, affords me time to try and correct injustices I run across. Having 15 years experience as an Auto Technician, the Shop Foreman of Seattle Jaguar and 25+ years as an Inspector, has made it relatively easy to determine the honest auto repair shops from the less than honest ones. The situation John S. refers to I know nothing about. I do know misunderstandings occur, people have both good and bad moments and people are not perfect. Regardless, the A Street Auto in Auburn, Wa; can be trusted with all things they say and do. It is a genuine comfort to know I can get my vehicles serviced and repaired without worries and/or having to second guess anything and/or anyone.. more

Wouldn't go anywhere else! I commend A Street Automotive for the way they conduct business. They have very high work ethics with an eye on customer service. My wife and I are always treated very warmly and respectfully by their staff. They are very thorough in making sure everything is looked on our vehicles. They always tell us the facts about what repairs are needed and do give helpful recommendations on items that might need attention. They never try to sell us something we do not need. I trust them 100%.\r \r I am a customer service representative myself, and know how customers like to be treated. The shop does not own the service it provides. If there is a problem with their service or parts, they will make you pay again and will also charge for services that are offered free or at low cost at other places. Not recommended at all! more

I have been going to A street automotive for 5 years now. I have brought in 4 different vehicles. The A street team has fixed all problems I have had with each vehicle with very fair prices! I now have made the A street automotive my place for all of my vehicle maintenance. oil changes ect. I am very happy to have found a place I can trust! more

It seems to be rare these days when you get exactly what you were told you would get. The service was done on time and on budget. more
