A New Century Transportation

To give them one star is a travesty. The morons do not have a clue how to run a business. We booked them for our wedding transportation 5 months early for $1200.00. When I called to confirm our itenerary, they told me they couldn't ""find"" my contract. After I resent them confirmation of the signed and sent contract, they all of a sudden said they were going to charge me an additional $700.00 because ""they made a mistake""!! After having to communicate with someone uneducated and barely speaking english for an hour about contracts and the law, they told me to F**k off and they would not honor the contract. These people are slime. Complete lack of business savy and customer service. I wouldn't trust them with my worst enemy. I'll see them in small claims court!!! We've been using them for 10 years and they've never missed a beat. It's more expensive than a taxi or shuttle, but usually my wife, daughter and I get our own limo for under $100 including tip. (probably more this year.) We travel to Japan yearly and have learned to pamper ourselves to keep our sanity. So far, New Century has helped us do that. more

I have used this company many times for airport travel and had no problems. However, when it comes to wedding events STAY AWAY. They were late, forgot some of my wedding party, and did not know how to get the destinations. When we called to complain after we got back from our honeymoon. The company had the nerve to ask why we didn't complain on our wedding day or the next day, (Our honeymoon) What a joke! Do I need to say more! In the end after a 45 minute phone call explaining what happened and the manager arguing with me. The manager finally gave me a free ride to the airport, a $70 fare. Not very impressive when I trusted this company with such an important day. Cons: Awful, Awful, Awful-Stay away more

I hired these people and they failed me from start to finish. Their sales rep needs classes in customer service and an attitude adjustment. They cancelled my bus and refused to refund my money. The only way to get my money back was to call my bank and dispute it. I ended up taking them to court. Buyer beware!! Terrible service!
