Unsatisfactory Service 11/29/2010

Good: I liked that they could accomodate our work schedule.. Bad: They failed to repair our refrigerator and refused a return visit to repair same. We had to contact GE Service for repairs to our regrigerator. Improvements: Better customer service.. Other: I would NOT recommend this company.. more

Great Reputation for fixing appliances!!! 5/22/2006

A & E has been around for the longest time and most people in our area knows that they do excellent work. My mom had her appliances fixed by them when I was young and when I got older, I also turned to them when my items went on the blink. They are dependable and don't charge a whole lot to get the work done. Highly recommend! more

Specialize in Appliance repair 5/22/2006

My mom called them on a couple of occassions to have her refridgerator fixed and they were able to get it up and running again for a very reasonable fee. The people were very couteous and polite and they got the job done. That's what important...so whenever she would get a chance she would pass on the word that they were dependable. more

Good Customer Service 4/8/2006

I have used A & E in the past and have been very satisfied. I think they do a great job. I have had a few different repairpersons out here and every time they have done a great job. They explained the problem so I could see what the problem actually was. When my dryer broke they showed me the belt and explained why it wouldn't work. The price was reasonable as well. more

good service 8/28/2005

I have used them for in home repair on my stove and they are very good. I've even gone into the store and explained to them what was wrong and they got the part I needed and explained how to install it.They have pretty good rates and they are fast and reliable. I would use them again if the need came up. more
