I have been going to 7 eleven for over 20 years, I have seen 3-4 different owners. Since the actual present owners turned over the business to the sons, this place has gone down hill. Although they are friendly when you walk in, you may or may not get good service. At times I went to get Coffee, and the Coffee was burned and old. Some of the Clerks, well lets not go there. Here recently I went in to purchase a pack of gum, when I walked in, two of the clerks where outside, within the 25 feet, smoking cigarettes, and having a conversation. I went in got the item, and stood the counter to pay. The stores owner looked at me standing there, and went back to smoking his cigarettes. Granted I was in a hurry that morning, but both clerks taking a break at the same time is un profesional at best. At least one the the clerk should have walked into the store at the same time, who know nows what a person can do. At that point when the son did not care to wait on me, I decited to leave the item on the counter and walk out of the store. That has not been only time that the store, has been not up to standards, from bad coffee, from items not being stocked, because some in that office just does not pay attention what needs to be done. All it is happening instead of money being left in the store, it is walking out, and not comming back in. From now on, I am going out of my way to avoid this store until the owners and the clerks change.
