The equipment is not cared for, classes are squeezed into a small room, and the staff - except for the greeter - are unbelievably rude and not very good at what they do. They love to talk about themselves in class and most of us just want to work, not listen to the narcissists. People who attend classes are great, otherwise it would be a total no-go.
