My boyfriend has a brand new home in need of window coverings. He contacted the 3-Day Blinds store on Fry Road in Katy TX and scheduled an in-home consultation for 7pm one day this week. The consultant who was assigned to meet us was a man named Thomas. It's difficult for me to understand how this man ever sells anything to anyone. He is rude and pushy, and he acted as if he were doing us a favor. He was put out by having to answer our basic questions, show us samples or help us make a decision. When he quoted a price of $3400, he expected us to make a decision on the spot so that he could begin taking measurements. I don't believe that my expectation of good customer service is unreasonable... especially when a considerable sum of money is at stake. The experience has unfortunately irrevocably damaged the reputation of ""3-Day Blinds"" for me. We'll take our business elsewhere.
