I wish I could give this salon NEGATIVE stars. My experience was AWFUL. I am quite possibly the most patient client in most situations, however, I had to wait for almost an hour (I could not leave because I purchased a Groupon and needed my hair done that night).
The stylist that was SUPPOSED to do my hair had overbooked, and someone else that WORKED in the salon (probably not a licensed stylist!!!) attempted to silk my hair. It turned out okay, but frizzed up immediately after leaving the salon. I probably could have saved my money and did my hair myself, and it would have turned out better.
After I mentioned that I initially came to get my ends trimmed, the stylist stopped working on someone else, and quickly cut my hair in a choppy fashion. Obviously, the haircut came out horribly. When I went to my normal stylist, she commented on how awful the cut was, and even showed me that it was extremely crooked.
Bottom line, it's a BOTTOM OF THE BARREL salon. Obviously they signed up for groupon because they do not have established clientele.
I can say that they do have a couple of cute items in their ""boutique"" section. But as far as hair goes, spare yourself the disaster and pay full price at another salon.
