The people are really nice, the pool delightful, the hours unlimited - who could ask for more? On the flipside, it is dirty. I kept getting sick every time I would visit. I finally cancelled my membership due to illness issues and they would not refund money I had paid in advance for personal training. Nestled in the Meridian Business area, this gym is teaming with business people from the surrounding office buildings. Afternoons can get pretty crowded, but unless you're on an iron-clad, inflexible workout routine, you can always find a machine, weight bench, or free weight to get your workout done. Classes are plentiful and run almost back to back throughout the day. If you're a guy and like to admire beautiful, fit women in workout wear, you won't be disappointed. Likewise, plenty of young, muscular studs for the ladies to gawk at. This place is about 3-4 years old.
