Yesterday, I ordered 2 rose bouquets with 36 stems each from Veldkampsflowers. Sales rep told me each bouquet is $89.99, and will arrange it nicely and deliver it on time. But today, the manager called me that each bouquet's price should be $179.99, and they made a big mistake, I m very upset!!! they have a terrible customer service! don't by anything from them. Bad service and cheated price! more

I ordered a Deluxe Bouquet for a friend's birthday and chose one of the items pictured on the company's website. I paid a 65.00 base price for the flowers shown and an additional 8.00 for extra flowers. When my friend received her order and sent me a picture of what had been delivered, I was APPAULED! The company sent a skimpy, tiny mock up of an arrangement that looked nothing like or similar to the arrangement I chose on line and paid for. I called the florist to find out what had happened to my order and they had no explanation and no regrets. The resolution that the Veldkamp's came up with was to go and take back the skimpy, weeded arrangement that they initially delivered and redeliver a different arrangement. Really!? They wanted to go to my friend on her birthday and ask for the flowers back and tell her that they would come back with more later!? DO NOT ORDER from this place. You will not get what you paid for and you will not get what you choose from the pictures on line. They simply cheat you and take your money regardless of the occasion. It is even worse that their resolution did not consist of making things right. I am going to post pictures so everyone can see the sham! more
