I don't even think the owner of this place has heard of the term ""customer service"". I purchased a Groupon and tried 3 times to make an appointment. The first 2 times they were booked and teh 3rd time they only had 1 time available. I explained that I wouldn't be able to come before the expiration date due to going out of town and the lack of appointment availability. I requested an extention on the expiration date of my Groupon just by a few days so I could use it when I come back from vacation. The owner refused and would not try to accomodate me at all. Each and everytime I called they were rude and acted like I was an inconvenience since I had a Groupon. Don't sign up to offer them if you don't want people to use them! If you want a pleasant experience DON'T go to this place! more

I have been here a few times! But yesterday will be the last! The Owner/Manager is a very miserable, Nasty @#%$%.She is most unprofessional. I feel really sorry for the staff that has to endure her on a daily basis! She treats them like crap! She treats the customers like crap! It’s like they are running a sweat shop. The girls don’t even talk to you because they are afraid that she is going to hear them, and say something unpleasant! I strongly do not recommend this establishment! I recently purchased a Groupon for Bahama Nails, as many others did in Orlando (725 plus). Both the Receptionist and the Owner were extremely rude when I made my reservation and told me that they would not make more than 5 Groupon reservations per day. (This was not listed in the FINE print of the deal)\r I was then told that i should call Groupon if I wasn’t satisfied and that she removed my reservation that i had made for this Saturday and she didn't care if I cam in or not. \r Horrible service, horrible attitude, and not a business that I would give my money to! \r Cons: Horrible service and horrible attitude more
