I got great recommendations on how to style my hair to match a look I was going for. Furthermore, everyone was very friendly, I actually had a lot of fun while getting my haircut! Finally the salon was very well maintained and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I will be back! more

They treat me like family. I'm always happy with the results after every appointment. I enjoy the time that I spend there. It's like I'm at a friend's house. I always have fun at Una Donna Piu salon. The friendly staff gets a ten million star-rating from me! more

Best products, Best Stylists, Open 7 days a week 1/23/2012

Not only are they open 7 days a week, they have the best technicians, with a European ambiance which is beautiful. It's definitely a family business and well-worth traveling like I do from Lake Co just to have my hair done. Sabina is gracious and willing to accommodate, Mary is friendly, and Iryna is so professional. more

Exquisite Park Avenue Salon 9/19/2011

Una Donna Piu is like a little European oasis in Central Florida. The staff is warm and friendly, and they go the extra mile to make you feel important. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and offered a beverage. Sabina, the owner, personally greeted me and made me feel right at home. Since my first visit, I have been back many times. I have had my hair cut, colored and styled by Barbara, Mary and Veronica. Their work is simply superb. And I have recently become a huge fan of their new keratin hair taming system... My hair has never looked this lustrous and beautiful! And I have had my nails done by both Thea and Vilma. They are both extremely talented ladies, and they made me feel so warm and welcome! Thea and Vilma took the time to ensure perfection with my nails, and their pedicures are nothing short of Heavenly! I treated myself to a facial with Melanie, and it was so relaxing! Melanie took the time to customize her treatment based on my skin type and my treatment goals, and my skin looks so healthy! So if you are looking for a full-service salon, look no further than Una Donna Piu! more

Dirty, Unfriendly...just plain HORRIBLE 8/9/2011

This was my first time visiting the Una Donna Piu salon for a hair cut. The salon was dirty and required a thorough cleaning. Staff was unfriendly, I wasn't even introduced to my stylist and don't know her name! The front desk employee was pre-occupied with her cell phone and hair extensions. The price for service was a little more expensive than other salons in the area. The atmosphere was definitely worse than expected for a salon on Park Ave. I will not be returning more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! 11/23/2010

This place is awful!! I highly recommend staying away from this place. I tried them first about 4 years ago to get hair extensions. I spent nearly $2000 and was promised my extensions would stay in for at least 3 months, less than 4 WEEKS later they were all falling out of my hair and pulling my real hair with them. I was losing so much hair that I needed them out and they actually charged me to do it!! Then, admittedly by my own stupidity, I went back recently for a Keratin treatment. Sabina double booked herself and left the product on my hair for an hour! Then she did not follow the proper procedures for the treatment. She actually flat ironed my hair while it was still wet!! She completely damaged my hair. And the worst part is the Keratin treatment didn't even work because of her negligence. I called and asked for a refund, but I got nothing but arguments, and rudeness. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I lost another $420 to them. I then had to have 6 inches cut off my hair and pay a stylist more

Best Extreme eyelash extensions around 2/23/2009

I have been going to Maria Herrera for about 2 years now for my Extreme eyelash extensions and I will never use anyone else. I have tried others and have never received the result I get with Maria. She is the top at what she does. Extreme Lashes is the best product out there and she is ultimately the very best at applying them. I highly recommend her and Extreme Lashes and will continue to go to her always.. Pros: Very welcoming, warm and caring more

Horrible 12/27/2008

Do not go here if you have naturally curly/wavy hair. They cut it all off and left me with short hair that looks terrible. Cons: Not good with wavy/curly hair more

Awesome Experience Salon 1/10/2008

Very personable people, super nice, well educated on everything they do. I got extensions about 3 1/2 Months ago and they were everything I could have wished for, I finally had long hair that looked natural and real. I went to Barbara she was extremely nice, very professional, made me feel at ease I could not have asked for more. The salon is very clean, accommodating, beautiful, and luxurious. Best Experience.
