I used to love to go to Euro Day Spa for a relaxing treat. I had spent a lot of money there over the years and referred a lot of people. On my last visit, I specifically asked for a female to do my massage, and it was a male. When I complained about it, they suggested I go to another day spa next time and would not rebook my next appointment! Can you believe?! I refunded my $300 gift certificate as did my 2 friends, so with that attitude and the loss of $900 in refunded gift certificates, it seems that they are not concerned with customer service or keeping repeat customers!
